Project:    Clarify CHA building program for presentation to residents and general public

Issue:      CHA management had difficulty communicating to residents and general public.        

Answer:  Use of graphic summaries to highlight key message points during an ongoing reshuffling of programs. Modest presentation techniques were used, in keeping with the general audience and mission of the CHA.
