Urban design work includes a broad range of activities that started in 1990, while employed by the Mayor’s Office of the City of Chicago. Since then, GG+A has been engaged as a consultant to various city agencies. Work undertaken was typically done upon request, and involved discrete coordination with larger firms. Projects typically involved many other parties.
